Liquid level transmitter debugging method:
1. Unscrew the protective cover and connect an external standard 24VDC power supply and ammeter (requires an accuracy of 0.2% or above) to adjust.
2. When there is no liquid in the input liquid level transmitter, adjust the zero point resistor so that the output current is 4mA.
3. Add liquid to the input-type liquid level transmitter to the full range, and adjust the full-range resistor so that the output current is 20mA.
4. Repeat the above steps two or three times until the signal is normal
5. Please enter 25%, 50%, and 75% signals respectively to check the error of the input liquid level transmitter.
6. For non-aqueous media, when calibrating the submersible level transmitter with water, the pressure generated by the density of the medium actually used should be converted. For example: when the medium density is 1.3, the 1.3m water level calibration should be used when calibrating the 1m range.
7. After adjustment, tighten the protective cover.
8. The calibration cycle of the input liquid level transmitter is once a year.
Precautions for liquid level transmitter
1. Confirm whether the output voltage of the power supply is correct; the positive and negative connections of the power supply correspond to the positive and negative wiring of the product; the maximum height of the liquid level is within the range of the product;
2. The pressure sensor of the probe is a precision device. Users should not disassemble it by themselves when using it, let alone touch the diaphragm to avoid damage to the product;
3. Please avoid the liquid level transmitter cable connector (where the warning sign is posted) from being immersed in water, causing water to enter the ventilation line and causing water damage to the liquid level transmitter;
4. Please avoid the cable of the liquid level transmitter from being scratched by a knife or other sharp metal objects, which may cause water damage to the transmitter.
