Transmitter wiring and adjustment
 
The wiring principle of the transmitter is as shown in the figure. Terminal 4 is connected to the positive terminal of the 24V power supply, and terminal 3 is the 4~20mA current output terminal. This terminal returns to the negative terminal of the 24V power supply through the load resistor R1.
 
Terminals 1 and 2 are connected to the thermal resistor, or 2 is connected to the positive thermocouple, and 1 is connected to the negative thermocouple. The transmitter has zero point and range adjustment potentiometers to facilitate the user to make micro adjustments.
 
Temperature transmitter calibration method:
 
·When used in explosive hazardous locations, please pay attention to the explosion-proof mark and protection level; ·The installation environment of the mechatronic temperature transmitter must be within -20-+70℃. When the ambient temperature is too high, the SBWZ/R signal converter and display module can be installed separately from the thermal resistor or thermocouple. Our factory is equipped with an explosion-proof box for separately installing the transmitter.
 
·Before powering on, please carefully check the positive and negative polarity of the power supply. Do not connect it incorrectly, otherwise it may cause unknown consequences.
 
·The SBW signal converter module is potted and cured with epoxy resin to enhance its shock-proof performance and is moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and moisture-proof.
 
·The temperature transmitter needs to be calibrated after six months of use.

a. Calibration method of thermal resistance temperature transmitter
 
·Equipment requirements: One digital voltmeter;
 
·Connect according to the system connection method;
 
·According to the sensor and measuring range indicated on the transmitter nameplate, enter the corresponding resistance value so that the output is 1V and 5V (the zero-point potentiometer and full-scale potentiometer can be adjusted respectively);
 
·Input each resistance value according to the tenth decimal point of the measuring range, and check whether each temperature output meets the accuracy range; ·Test according to the technical indicators in the instruction manual, and it should meet the technical requirements.
 
b. Thermocouple temperature transmitter calibration method
 
·Equipment requirements: One digital voltmeter;
 
·Connect according to the system connection method;
 
·According to the sensor and measuring range indicated on the transmitter nameplate, enter the corresponding resistance values so that the outputs are 1V and 5V respectively (the zero-point potentiometer and full-scale potentiometer can be adjusted separately);
 
·Input each potential value according to the tenth decimal point of the measuring range, and check whether each temperature output meets the accuracy range; ·Test according to the technical indicators in the instruction manual, and it should meet the technical requirements.
